Live local and also want to keep costs down? We’re open 7 days a week and as a result, collection is no problem at all. Firstly, we’ll help load your items safely and efficiently into your vehicle. In addition to this, we’ll also advise storage instructions, which can be seen in our Terms & Conditions.
Whitehouse Catering Delivery
We offer a refrigerated delivery service* direct to your event’s location, what’s more, we’ll display your food exactly where and how you wish. You select the date and time and we’ll be there ready and waiting… be that as it may, just be sure somebody is there to let us in! We’re specifically set on making your event go as smoothly as possible. To demonstrate our dedication to good service, we’ll give you a 10% refund if we’re more than 30 minutes late to your event.**

Due to high demand, we suggest giving as much notice as possible for your event as we don’t want you to be disappointed. Rather than wait around whilst you’re saving up, put your mind at rest and secure your desired slot with a £50 deposit***. As soon as you pay your deposit your Date & Time slot is secure.

The quality of our food and consequently the hygiene of our facilities and staff is what’s paramount to us. Therefore, we take pride in our 5 star FSA rating here at Whitehouse Catering. In addition, all of our catering items are handled in-line with government recommendations. Above all, we emphasize the responsibility that each event planner has for the health & safety of their guests. To clarify, once the food is out of our possession, that individual must also adhere to these recommendations.

**30 minutes is in fact measured from the end of the time slot selected. For example: time slot 10.00am - 11.00am, anytime after 11.30am qualifies for the 10% refund.
***£50 deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation. In brief, once payment is due we shall deduct the deposit from the final balance.
